Led by a former Fortune 500 HR and DEI executive with 20+ years of experience, the firm specializes in building compliant, scalable, and data-driven people solutions for organizations operating in multi-state environments.
I founded Unique Perspectives during a season of personal and professional rebuilding — and that experience is baked into everything I do. I help organizations realign, rebuild, and grow stronger through change because I know what it takes to do that work with clarity, courage, and care.
