Meet Keesha Salters, SHRM-SCP

Unique Perspectives was created to help organizations see differently so they can act differently.

Keesha brings more than 20 years of experience across talent acquisition, organizational leadership, diversity and inclusion, workforce strategy, and enterprise environments. Her perspective is shaped by years of seeing how leadership decisions, systems, expectations, change, and the everyday conditions of work influence what people experience and how organizations perform.

Her work combines organizational experience, curiosity, deliberate questioning, and the ability to connect what may initially appear unrelated, helping leaders understand what is happening beneath the surface and determine what deserves attention.
